Remedysource.com was established in 2004 by me, Connie Maust. On October 1, 1991, Joe Lillard became the proprietor of Washington Homeopathic Products (formerly Washington Homeopathic Pharmacy). WHP was originally established in 1873 and is the oldest full line manufacturer of homeopathic remedies in the United States. The same day Joe took over the pharmacy was the first day of my career in homeopathy and I remember asking him if there was enough work to keep me on permanently.
Little did I know what was in store for me! When we started, we only had X potencies. Under Joe's expert training, it was up to me to make the C potencies (hundreds and hundreds of them) and, eventually, make LM potencies. Because of Joe's passion for homeopapthy, WHP grew and grew. Working at WHP was one of the best experiences of my life.
In 2004, Joe moved WHP from Bethesda, MD to Berkeley Springs, WV. My family was in the DC area so I chose not to go with him. Instead, I started an online business selling homeopathic products manufactured by WHP. I take pride in selling remedies from WHP and I continue to maintain a close relationship with Joe and his wife, Linda.
There are a number of retailers selling homeopathic remedies online who have no background in homeopathy. With my experience, I feel I am better able to help customers. As stated on the site, I cannot and will not diagnose, prescribe or suggest remedies, potencies or dosage. I am not a licensed homeopathic practitioner and do not have the qualifications to do so. So, please do not ask me to do this. My background and training is in the manufacturing side.
Remedysource.com strives to give its customers outstanding customer service. Although there may be one or two people who disagree with that statement, I think I do a pretty good job. Hope you do, too.
