Returns Policy
All claims for shortages, manufacturing, customer service errors or shipping damage must be made within 24 hours of the date of delivery.
Customer must pay for shipping cost of all returned products, except when it is a confirmed shipping/packing, manufacturing or customer service error.
All returns must be pre-approved by a Remedy Source Customer Service Representative. Do not contact Washington Homeopathic Products.
No credit will be given until returned product is received.
Credit for re-saleable/re-stockable products will be accepted up to a maximum of 30 days of date of invoice and will receive a 75% credit of original purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Orders of single remedies totaling $200.00 or more cannot be returned.
The following products are not considered re-saleable/re-stockable and will not be accepted for return:
- Products with the tamper-evident seal broken or missing.
- Products with price tags/stickers affixed or soiled labels/boxes
- Custom-manufactured products.
- Potencies 10M and higher in bottles larger than 4 drams
Procedures:
- Unpack and inspect shipment for damage within 24 hours.
- If product or packaging is damaged, all shipping containers and packing materials must be held for inspection at the option of the delivery carrier.

Shipping
The manufacturer ships Monday–Friday within 2 business days of order receipt. Orders are filled and shipped directly from the manufacturer in West Virginia.
Remedy Source does NOT ship outside the U.S.
Shipping is USPS First Class Mail for packages weighing under 1 pound. If you prefer Priority Mail shipping instead of First Class, you must enter "PRIORITY MAIL" in the comment box on the Checkout Page. The charges are listed below.

Special Shipping
UPS SPECIAL SHIPPING - UPS NO LONGER SHIPS ORDERS CONTAINING ALCOHOL. UPS OVERNIGHT, 2ND DAY AIR, 3 DAY SELECT - will incur additional shipping charges and charges do not appear in shopping cart. Contact Remedy Source for estimate of shipping charges as this can be very expensive. We will need the ship to city and zip code in order give an ESTIMATE. To choose one of these shipping options, enter the option in the comment box on the check out page. BECAUSE OF COVID-19, UPS IS NOT GUARANTEEING DELIVERY FOR SPECIAL SHIPPING.
Orders placed on Friday for UPS OVERNIGHT will not be delivered until the following Monday (unless the Monday is a holiday - then it will be delivered on Tuesday).
All Special Shipping orders must be received before 12 pm eastern time in order to be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12 pm eastern time will ship the following day excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
